1. Candles
First we teach you Japanese candlestick charting, from basic to advanced. You will learn to make timely entry decisions on reversal patterns such as bullish and bearish 1-2-3 haramis, hammers, stars, piercing and engulfing patterns. In our advanced candlestick course module you will learn to tell when a doji can be a powerful continuation pattern, as well as how to trade 'crossed swords' and 'hypos'. You will learn exactly where to place your protective stops (a true 'no-brainer' when trading on closed candles). You can be profitable in over 70% of your trades even without a single indicator on the screen. Why? Because all indicators, no matter how esoteric, lag price action, while candlesticks are fresh 'footprints' on the screen, showing you exactly where the market mentality is likely to take price action to next.

2. Lines
Learn how to draw trend lines indicating rising and falling highs and lows (up and down trends), sideways trading channels and breakouts, triangles, pennants, wedges, MACD divergence and more. Combined with candlestick trading, you'll spot the early moves and reversals while avoiding many 'whipsaws' and 'head fakes.'

3. Indicators
We teach you the standard indicators used by the biggest Forex banks in the world, including simple and exponential moving averages, MACD, Stochastic Oscillator, and Parabolic SARS. You will learn to trade directly on your indicators if you are so inclined, or as we prefer to do, to use them as a 'second opinion' to keep you on the right side of the trend.

4. Pivots
Pivot points are the invisible 'radar lines' on your screen that point to the key support and resistance levels used by the largest commercial banks and institutions in the world. With these lines on you screen you'll know with great likelihood the key price levels the 'Big Boys' are targeting next. We use pivots both to enhance the probability of profitable trades, and to establish profit objectives. Our 'Trader's Toolbox' Excel spreadsheet contains a worksheet you can use to quickly plug in the high, low and closing numbers on the major currency pairs and calculate the daily, weekly and monthly pivot points for each.

The 'Trader's Toolbox' contains additional worksheets that you can use to track your trades, calculate margin, determine your 'positive expectancy' (so you'll know within fractions of a pip exactly what you can expect in terms of growing your trading account) and more. We even provide a video presentation taking you from the basics through intermediate level usage of Microsoft Excel.

Other courses teach you how to take profits using one or two of these approaches to pattern recognition. We teach you all four, including how to integrate the entire C.L.I.P approach into a methodology (dare we use the word 'system'? ;-) that is straightforward to trade and delivers a very high percentage of winning trades, and shows you precisely where to place your stops and limits for maximum risk/reward management, yet does not require you to sit staring at the screen for hours (and will save you from biting your fingernails back to your knuckles).
